The song from the Pacific Chorus Frog is the most common frog sound heard in movies. The film may be set in Africa, but the sound of this west coast frog most often gets the part. Also known as the Pacific Tree Frog, Sierran Chorus Frog or just Chorus Frog. With the current scientific name Pseudacris sierra, these frogs are loud singers for their small size.
