A quick introduction to the Bank of International Settlements' Project Mariana. I give my thoughts as to the solution architecture and raise some questions including:

1) Could Central Banks directly issue wCDBCs to AMMs in the transatlantic network?
2) Why was a 3 dimensional AMM used instead of the far more common 2 dimensional AMM.
