1 Chinese cabbage.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
4 potatoes.
Peel and cut potatoes.
Fill with water. Cover with a lid and cook.
1 onion. Olive oil.
Sauté red onion over medium heat.
2 chili peppers. Mix well.
The potatoes are almost done.
1 tablespoon of salt. 2 peppers. Mix all ingredients.
Cut out the hard part. Salt. Mix.
Vegetables and potatoes are ready!
Stir thoroughly.
Put some vegetable mixture on the Chinese cabbage.
Wrap it! It's very easy and fast!
Do this until you run out of ingredients.

3 eggs. 3 tablespoons flour. Mix well.
Breadcrumbs 100 gr. / 1 cup. Olive oil.
Repeat as I do in the video!
Fry over medium heat until golden brown. flip.

Recipe #2 Cabbage Casserole with Potatoes and Gravy. 08:06
1 cabbage. Fill with hot water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
3 potatoes. grate potatoes.
6 eggs. Salt. Black pepper. Mix well.
Remove water from cabbage!
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Distribute the cabbage evenly.
Fill with egg mixture.
2 garlic. Italian herbs. Mix well.
1 yellow pepper. Stir again.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
3 tomatoes. cheese 1.5 cup / 100 gr. chives.
Tomato sauce 4-5 tablespoons.
add cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for an additional 10-15 minutes.
I make my favorite sauce!
yogurt 3 tablespoons.
Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons.
2 garlic. 1 pickled cucumber.
Mix well. Enjoy your meal!
Recipe #3 Turkish Lentil Soup. 16:08
1 onion. sunflower oil. Boil 3 minutes.
Carrot 1 pc. Stir occasionally.
Potatoes Add 2 potatoes and stir.
2 garlic. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Leek. Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
Lentils 2 cups. Water.
water 7 glasses. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
2 cubes of vegetable broth.
I made these portioned cubes myself!

Dissolve in hot water.

Add and mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
4 bread. Salt. Black pepper. Olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
Parsely. 1 garlic. Olive oil.
Oh, what a scent! Very tasty snacks!
Check the soup for readiness.
I grind with a blender until smooth.
juice of 1 lemon. Salt. Black pepper.
Caraway seeds. Turmeric. Mix well.
Cook the soup for another 3-5 minutes.
butter 1 tablespoon. Melt the butter.
Red bell pepper 1 tablespoon. Mix well.
Add to the soup. That's all!

Recipe #4 Delicious cauliflower with potatoes. 24:12
5 potatoes.
2 bay leaves.
Black pepper.
Cover with a lid and cook.
1 cauliflower. Divide into inflorescences.
salt 1 tablespoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
salt 1 tablespoon. 1 onion. sunflower oil.
Fry on medium heat.
1 carrot. Mix well.
1 pepper. Roast until done.
Salt. Black pepper.
The potatoes are ready!
Remove bay leaves and black pepper.
Add the vegetables to the potatoes and stir!
Olive oil. Grease the pan.
Lay out the cauliflower.
4 eggs. stir.
Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon.
Mustard 1 tablespoon.
Pour in the egg mixture and spread evenly.
Cheese 120 gr. / 1 cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Turn over with a plate.
Enjoy your meal!
Recipe #5 Casserole for Dinner! broccoli and cauliflower. 32:15
1 cauliflower.
2 small broccoli Divide into inflorescences.
Place the cauliflower in a bowl and cover with water.
salt 1 tablespoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Broccoli and cover with hot water.
salt 1 tablespoon. Leave on for 10 minutes.
1 onion. Olive oil.
Fry on medium heat for 1 minute.
1 carrot.
2 garlic. Mix well.
Fry for 2-3 more minutes.
Olive oil.
4 eggs. Salt. Black pepper.
Yoghurt 2/3 cups / 100 ml. Flour 3 tablespoons.
baking powder 1 teaspoon. Mix well.
Milk 1 cup / 180 ml.
10 cherry tomatoes.
A little piece of cheese.
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30-40 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
