GRAND THEFT PUNISHER?? (CARL JOHNSON VS PUNISHER)

With Carl's (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas) rise in the criminal underworld, as much as he grows in power so does the hate by the authorities. At this point, the authorities have had enough of Carl and his gang and tip off Punisher (Marvel) of his whereabouts, explaining that they will stay out of his way. Punisher is happy to handle this, but is he strong enough?
