HOW DOES THE WATER NOT STAY ON THE BALL?

The globe earth model tells us that earth rotates, spins, twirls, and whirls through an endless, ever expanding vacuum at ridiculous speeds, yet the water in the seas, rivers, lakes, ponds, puddles, springs, and various other bodies of water, remain stable on earth.

HOW did the people who designed and built the fountain in this video get the water to not stay on the ball like the globe model claims?
HOW DID THEY DO THAT?
