This delectable refreshing Mint Yogurt Dip is great with Vegetables or as a side dish for Chicken, Lamb or Meat Skewers.

Mint Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Mint, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tbsp Lime Juice
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper

Combine all Ingredients, mix well.
