Good Ol' Honest Democrats

I need to mention how the violence started in Athens TN. A Democrat deputy blocked an elderly black man from voting. When this man and a veteran protested, the Democrat struck the elderly black man with brass knuckles, and then shot him in the back.

At another polling station a veteran was arrested and taken to jail. While in custody, he was beaten to the point of needing hospitalization.

This violence against enemies of the corrupt machine, predates the election of 1946. The Democrats murdered 2 service members on leave during World War 2. These two murdered men did not support, the Democratic grift destroying their community.
