This video shows my new plan to get back on track. This is my updated video from my original Aug 1st, 2023, Carnivore Lite plan that died off.
Now I have help from the Against the Grain Channel with Ryann Murphy. He will have me on once a week to help me stay accountable to my Carnivore Lite plan, along with his 17,000 followers. This is a blessing I didn't see coming. THE MOST HIGH YAH, works on HIS time.
