**For this recipe, you can use 1 Pint of Ale. It will yield about 3-4 servings. See Ingredients List Below!**

We're excited to try out our next historical recipe: a medieval eggnog ancestor called Posset! Many of us love to drink eggnog during the holiday season, and it's exciting to explore where this drink comes from.

Join us as I prepare this recipe in our kitchen and then my husband and I will try it out together! We will drink this alongside a more modern version of eggnog so that we can get a good comparison going. This is our first official taste test and I hope you like it!
