COLORADO SUPREME COURT REMOVES TRUMP FROM BALLOT: ABUSE OF LAW

As you have heard, the Colorado Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump should not be allowed on the Presidential ballot for the 2024 general election.

The four Democrat Judges on the 7 member court justified their decision by stating that Trump was a a Jan. 6th insurrectionist and could not hold office based on section three of the 14th amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Section three was designed to keep former Civil War Confederates from becoming officers and Congress members of the post civil war United States Government. That was its sole purpose.

To keep Confederates from undermining post civil war reconstruction.

It was not designed to keep a former President from running for office again.
