Joe Biden claims that Donald Trump ‘certainly supported’ an insurrectionUS President Joe Biden has told reporters he believes Donald Trump “certainly supported an insurrection”.

His comments endorsed the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to disqualify Mr Trump from the ballot in 2024.

“There’s no question about it – none. Zero,” Mr Biden said.

“And he seems to be doubling down about everything.”

The ruling ended 4-3, and the decision has stayed until January 4, with appeals over the decision expected from Mr. Trump’s team.
