90% of Ukraine aid money spent in US – Blinken

That’s how Kiev must be feeling right about now, following US Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s end-of-year presser. Discussing Washington’s seemingly bottomless bag of money for Ukraine, Blinken gloated that ‘90% of the security assistance that we provided to Ukraine has been spent here, in the United States, benefiting American businesses.’
