Stack-o-Stuff ep. 333 - The Colorado Supreme Court - A Decision That Constitutes a Real Insurrection

Did the Colorado Supreme Court participate in an insurrection? I think that is a legitimate question to ask in light of the fact that the court itself has stretched the definition of "insurrection" so broadly. This court has essentially stated that Trump was an insurrectionist because he talked about the election issues in 2020 and said we the people should stand against election corruption. I frankly agree with him.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court of Colorado has ignored the most basic legal function a court has - "ascertaining the truth and securing a just determination." That is a direct quote from Rule 102 of the Federal Rules of Evidence (Colorado has a similar position). The trial court accepted evidence from the corrupt J6 Committee and other sources all while failing to allow the Trump team the full access to ALL evidence needed to properly "ascertain the truth" and just "secure a just determination." It seems to me that by the Court's own definition it is aiding in the lower court's opposition or obstruction to the laws of the United States demonstrated by it's own failure to allow for a just determination of the truth based on all relevant evidence.

J6 was an insurrection - an insurrection against a sitting president conducted by a corrupt bureaucracy and a number of corrupt elected officials. The question now is whether an apparently corrupt court will be allowed to join this insurrection or whether the SCOTUS will stop it.

We are a nation of 320 million. If 100,000 would give $20 per month we could wage lawfare on a scale never seen. If you give to our GiveSendGo (https://www.givesendgo.com/renzlaw), or donate monthly to www.TomRenz.com we will use that money to help make that fight happen. For less than the cost of a Starbucks Coffee per week we can fight to change our nation.
