Dietitian Tip: Suya is a blend of ground peanuts, ginger, and cayenne pepper. It’s available online or in many grocery stores, but you can substitute a combination of 1 teaspoon each powdered peanut butter and ground ginger with ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper. Vegan, gluten-free.
