Is this a Bolt of Some Type in Aladdin's Cave?

On The Curse of Oak Island Season 11 Episode 7 "The Great Flood" we see some great camera footage from 160 feet down inside the so-called Aladdin's Cave. Is this object manmade workings? It sure looks like a bolt in a metal plate?

If this is true, it means were men down there and they weren't treasure hunters. Also the team knows this is an unexplored open cavity in the Money PIt.
