Reno NV DWSS & NHP 1st Amendment Audit FAIL private information and conversation open for public.

Went to a small unmarked area and found a State building with no markings or visible identification as to what it was.... Being curious and having a camera lead to being detained in a 2 hour plus encounter with two Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services Supervisors, Two Nevada Highway Patrol Troopers, Three Reno Police Officers and a couple more in the parking lot areas.... 7 SEVEN Cops and two Welfare Supervisors against one guy with a camera.

I found that Nevada DWSS keeps private information public with clients sitting right next to each other verbally stating social security numbers for others to hear. I could clearly see the computer screens that are visible to clients sitting in the waiting areas. That was just my first pass through. Willing to bet if you spent time in there examining their process they have even more problems.

My Rights were blatantly violated. It is very simple for government employees, leave the camera guy alone then there are no "disturbances". It is a camera not a gun.

My goal is to make change in our government and help people understand their Constitutional Rights.

Over the years I have sued the government, lobbied the Nevada Legislature, participated in writing & passing laws and been abused by over reaching government.

I see this as an opportunity to highlight things that need to be fixed in our government and work for positive change that keeps all of us free to live our lives protected by our Constitution.
