one of the best ways to have a healthy consistent meal daily is to make a healthy omelette. today I'll show you how I make my omelette every single day
Ingredients:
2 onions
2 peppers
1 pack mushrooms
4 eggs
1 pinch spinach leaf
dice your onions peppers and mushrooms add olive oil to a frying skillet let it warm up. then add your diced vegetables. after those soften, add four whisked eggs. cook until soft on each side with a flip in the middle.
you can make any substitution or addition you would like. you can also add cheese if you'd like.
