The CEO of In-Q-Tel Chris Darby who is in charge of the CIA's investment management group is also on the website of Resilience. Resilience partnered with Moderna in 2021. Whitney Webb reported in 2022 in this company. When you go to USA spending . gov and look up contracts you can see Resilience is being funded by the Government (142 Mil since back to 2013 and more). They are also known by 7 other names, Nanosphere, Nanotherapeutics, etc.. Strange part is the website address for Resilience is different than the site "Higher gov . com (where you see what gov services they are associated with).

They are even funded by the Department of Defense.

Bob Nelson of "Arch Venture Partners" started the company and Appointed FDA biodefense expert Luciana Borio a Infectious Disease Dr who is also vice president of In-Q-Tel and has ties with Bill and Melinda, Council of Foreign Relations and Goldman and Sachs banking was once a consultant, which makes no sense.

Drew Oetting is a Director of Resilience who is the Co-founder of Affinity and 8VC. 8VC was co-founded by a man named Joe Longsdale who also Co-Founded Palantir which is basically a CIA citizen data collection agency.

Bob Robert Kerrey a former United States senator is also a director of Resilience and he also served in the war and someone said that he killed woman and children in the war. He also is associated with Allen and Co which is tightly associated with the CIA and billionaires. and more... SHARE
