President Joe Biden faced scrutiny when attempts to discreetly bring Hunter into the White House were exposed by a vigilant reporter. Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy observed Hunter disembarking from Marine One, despite his absence from the official list of passengers provided to the press. This occurred on Tuesday, as Marine One took off at 9:50 a.m. ET.

The White House had initially stated that President Biden was accompanied to the South Lawn by three staffers: Deputy Chief of Staff Jen O'Malley Dillon, Oval Office Operations Director Annie Tomasini, and Anthony Bernal, a senior adviser to First Lady Jill Biden. Notably absent from the list was Hunter Biden. Newsweek reached out to the White House for comment via email.

During the unfolding incident, concerns were raised about Hunter's presence at the White House. Senator Heinrich expressed surprise, noting that Hunter was allegedly at the White House despite defying a congressional subpoena. Additionally, Hunter is facing indictment and the prospect of a maximum of 17 years in prison for financial crimes, along with an additional 25 years on gun charges.
