The date is February 25th 2018 my wife Jeanie, daughter Kasey, son Joshua, and I are at Potawatomi State Park to walk that section of the Ice Age Trail. The trail was icy so you would want to bring ice cleats; I walked mostly the edge of the trail as I did not have any. I had great time acting like the kid I still am, I find it hard to walk past a dead tree without knocking it over, or taking dead branches and hitting them against other trees to see how far I can make the broken end fly. We walked the trail there and the road back as to not cover the same ground and It was 7713 steps which according to Google is 2.86 miles. A long hike for me, but it was fun, but when I am along its like babysitting for everyone else. Have fun and be safe everyone!
