Rainier Knives Fastpak Fixed Blade Overview

The Rainier Fastpak is one of those knives that I will never stop using.

It’s a super high-quality skeletonized fixed blade made out of Bohler Elmax. This knife was heat-treated extremely well, so it has a surprisingly good edge retention, yet it's still pretty tough. If you are looking for an outdoorsy EDC with a 3-inch cutting edge - I highly recommend trying this one!

Despite being a fixed blade, the Fastpak is also very light so I can wear it however I want and it also makes an amazing neck knife. I love this plain and simple Rainier design because it leaves me a large wiggle room to go creative. For example, I just put on this fancy Santa Claus paracord for Christmas.

Its huge fun factor and crazy good ergos make it easy to carry this knife around. I’m a very active person so I tend to go on many adventures and the Fastpak is my number one travel buddy. Whether it’s on my belt, in my pocket, under my t-shirt, or somewhere around my toolbox… it always finds a way to become the hero in every story.
