This is a guided mindfulness meditation on personal growth. Through this meditation, we can empower ourselves by observing and acknowledging our individual journey, have positive self-reflection, and cultivate self-love and self care. Do you ever feel stress or anxiety based on trying to achieve a goal or make a future dream come to fruition? We can push ourselves so hard and forget to step back and acknowledge the journey! Recognize the strength within you that has brought you to this moment. Embrace gratitude for the lessons learned, as they have been stepping stones on your path of personal growth.

This guided meditation session is 18 minutes long: 15 minutes of the session are guided, while the remaining 3 minutes are ambient music to help calmly end the session and return to your day... or go to sleep.
