DESCRIPTION:

I made this video in response to the common myth that humans fight over “political differences” or “political ideologies.” This is objectively false. Ideologies are figments of the imagination. It is impossible to fight about them, since they don't exist.

When someone tells you his political ideology, what that actually means is what he wants to see happen in a given space over a given period of time. If you “disagree with his ideology,” what that actually means is that you want to see something different happen in that same space and time.

You are not fighting about imaginary ideologies; you are fighting over physical reality, space-time. Space-time, in economics, is referred to as Land. You are fighting over land.

This should be obvious in the case of law and politics, because politics is literally the struggle to control a legal jurisdiction, often what we call a “country” – space. In other words, politics is not some noble or high-minded endeavor. It's just a process of excuse-making and violence to the end of controlling land because people are too pathetic and cheap to offer to pay each other for it instead.
