Positive NPN Switching

Good day folks, This was something I needed to address in a while but was always busy with other things, Regarding some of my past circuits using this concept, Some made past comments that you can't switch NPN this way. And wondered if it was an error.

I hope this video clarifies. No big secrets here but perhaps the information may be useful to some!
