We have put emotional, distracted, and dumb hairless apes behind the wheel of very fast, heavy, and hard-to-control vehicles that require consistent good judgement, fast sensory reaction, and rational decision-making; and yet those apes wonder how and why tens of thousands of people die on the roads world wide.
