Serbia holds parliamentary, local elections with Western observers

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's ruling party has received over 46% of the preliminary votes in parliamentary elections. The Western backed Serbia Against Violence bloc secured 23% followed by the Socialist party with 7%. According to the Republican Election Commission in the country, over 97% of the ballots have now been counted.
