Israeli army mistakenly kills captives: Three men were shirtless and waving white flags.

A preliminary report by the Israeli army states that three captives in Gaza have been killed by Israeli soldiers who were not following the rules of engagement. The initial probe says the three men had escaped captivity but were fired upon by Israeli soldiers. After two of them were shot, the third fled, but despite reportedly pleading in Hebrew to the Israeli soldiers, he was also shot and killed.
