Hezbollah says it has targeted an Israeli military site

Hezbollah says it has targeted an Israeli military site, along the southern border of Lebanon. The group says it hit the target with a guided missile, claiming casualties and injuries among Israeli soldiers.

Hezbollah and Israeli forces have frequently been exchanging fire along the border.
