Frustrations over bank's lengthy hurricane repair disbursement policy

One homeowner in Golden Gate Estates is frustrated over the lengthy process of releasing money for home repairs for damages by Hurricane Irma. Mike Tanner's home suffered tens of thousand of dollars in damage, and is frustrated by his mortgage lender Regions Bank, who he believes has an unusually lengthy process to to release insurance money for home repairs. A Regions spokesman says the bank wants to ensure that the contractors used by customers are legitimate.
