Former San Diego mayor and wife testify in ruptured breast implant lawsuit

Former San Diego mayor Roger Hedgecock and his wife Cindy testified Tuesday in her lawsuit against the City of San Diego involving her ruptured breast implants. She claims the City failed to maintain a tree which caused a crack in a Pacific Beach sidewalk.
