Convicted killer asks judge to overturn death sentence

Austin Myers was 19 when he and friend Timothy Mosley conspired to rob and kill Myers's classmate Justin Back. Although the act was Myers's idea, it was Mosley who delivered the fatal blows. Mosley got life in prison; Myers is arguing that he should receive the same, rather than the death sentence originally handed down.
