The Gospel of Jesus the Christ - Jesus Taken Before Pilate, Scourged, and before Pilate is Silent

Jesus is taken before Pilate, as the Jewish leaders sought to put him to death, but Rome did not permit them to do so, because the scepter had departed from the tribe of Judah. Though Pilate found no fault in Him, Jesus is scourged and condemned to be crucified at the behest of the Jews.
