Motorist drives through RyeFire along Interstate 5 in Southern California

A fire burning near Valencia is blocking traffic in both directions on I-5. The California Highway Patrol has stopped all northbound and southbound I-5 at Highway 126. Officials are calling this fire the Rye Fire.
