I refrain from digital image manipulation. In my opinion, any so-called 'enhancement', as observed in similar video creations elsewhere, is tampering with evidence. I consider this video document as material evidence in the disaster investigation. My objective is to use as much raw footage as ever available for a highly authentic document, and to avoid edited material if possible. I also conserved artifacts 'as is', and the FOIA patches which I may use may have encountered earlier compression losses.
However, I adapted all footage to NTSC standard (SD), doubled the frame rate to 59.94 fps (60000/1001), and restored most of the audio. It is unclear whether the static cam temporarily did not record the surrounding sound, or whether that portion of the footage had been redacted, which I deem to be possible. Though working with, whenever possible, uncompressed footage, Rumble is using their own encoding service and compression standards.

Times in this video have been established based on the position of the sun and shadows on the ground, which comes close to the assessment made by NIST in their document NCSTAR 1-9. According to NIST, Terence Nelson's camera did not provide us with a time stamp. Also, as long as the journalists were on Barclay Street, the Con Edison substation under 7 WTC was still functional as it is clearly audible. According to the FEMA 403 study of 2002, this substation was shut down at 04h33 p.m. Another source to establish time was of course WCBS-TV itself, which matches the time stamp of CNN footage, as I have verified.

This video has been created exclusively for educational, non-profit purposes. The usage of commercial footage shall be regarded under the conditions of 17 U.S. Code § 17 (Fair use).
Dedicated to the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and in the aftermath of that day. May they rest in Peace.

Thank you for taking the time to inform yourself.
