Mooli Bajra Paratha

Preparation Time - 10 Mins
Cooking Time - 20 Mins
Serves - 3 Parathas
Ingredients
Grated Raddish-2
Bajra Flour - 1 Cup
Sattu - 1/2 Cup
Green Chilli - 1
Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2tbsp
Oil/Ghee - As Required
Steps
➡️ Take a mixing bowl. Add grated raddish along with it's water.
➡️ Add bajra Flour, Sattu for protein, spices, ajwain, sesame seeds, green chilli, coriander leaves.
➡️ Knead a soft sticky dough without using any water. The water from raddish is enough for the dough. Also the more the dough is soft the more Parathas will not turn dry.
➡️ Brush some oil on butter paper and with the help of wet hands shape it into Paratha as shown in the video.
➡️ Cook until crisp & golden brown from both sides. Use oil/Ghee as required. Cook on medium flame.
➡️ Serve with curd & pickle.
