Justice in our legal system (English common law) is aimed towards the future as deterrent from crime (if this be proved, you, the said N. N., ought to be punished with pains of law, to deter others from the like crimes in all time coming), whereas revenge (which is not justice, but appears as justice in many jew Hollywood films, confusing the two in the popular culture) is aimed at the past.

Once we started using "historical marginalization" to special plead, we destroyed justice for everyone, turned punishment into revenge, and continued to further corrupt history and destroy ourselves by continuing down this road. This seems to have started at Nuremberg, but the Judiciary in the US does seem to have an historical tendency to seize power for itself, in the usual fashion of a corrupt priestly caste -- playing Talmudist to the Torah for their own personal benefit.
