Arrested for a fake...WHAT?

Todays video shows what they call a "prohibited possessor" being arrested for an "imitation" firearm. i thought government didnt grant rights therefor cannot take them away? Anyway this man seemed to be aware that having a pistol would end him up in trouble and tried to OBEY the law as best as he could while still trying to protect himself with a starter pistol, which they said he cant have then they said bb guns and airsoft guns could also be considered under this "imitation law" so he can literally have NOTHING to protect himself other then subpar non lethal options. #police #cops #news #politics #2anews #breakingnews
