They remained silent and left abruptly. The staff at the pool were upset that Rebel News was exposing the story and called the police. Despite the fact that Nicholas J. Cepeda, a.k.a., 'Melody Wiseheart,' is breaking the Criminal Code of Canada, the police did not seem keen on pursuing charges. The Orangeville Otters Swim Club has a "Swimmer's Bill of Rights" that includes the "right to play as a child and not as an adult," which seems to protect Cepeda. It is concerning that the government is allowing this to happen rather than protecting children. Can you imagine your 13 y/o girls changing and showering with that man with his pennis out just walking in the locker room? This situation is bizarre and outrageous. And parents seem not to give a dam about it.
