Artificial intelligence (AI) is growing by leaps and bounds every second (or so it seems) and the United States Department of Defense (DOD) has pledged some $800M to utilize the technology via a drone program called Replicator. While drone tech in modern warfare is nothing new, Replicator is an innovative approach that takes a cue from the war in Ukraine by arming the military with drones made of cheap, disposable cardboard for reconnaissance and ammunition drop missions. However, as is the case with nearly every aspect of the Biden Administration, the public seems to be left with more questions than answers. Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks (a Biden appointee) has stated publicly on numerous occasions that the military needs to adhere to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) standards and that the protests on January 6th were grounds to rethink the definition of "domestic extremism". And so, as the public/private partnership between the Federal Government and Big Tech companies are a necessity in defense applications, how long will it be before this new spy tech is turned on the American people? How long will it be before the woke ideology of Silicon Valley leftists infiltrate the space of AI?
And more importantly, is this already happening?

The war in Ukraine has seemingly been a test case of sorts for the emergence of artificial intelligence on the battlefield. Cardboard drones being used for recon and ammo drops against the Russians and developed by Australian company SYPAQ
admit that the design construction isn't much more complicated than an IKEA product but is allegedly equipped with a military grade guidance system. But this Report isn't about that. It's also not about the more than $100 billion in aid from
the United States for what is very similar to paper airplanes. This Report is also not about the Department of Defense initiative called Replicator; a program that within the next 18 to 24 months seeks to add to the American combat arsenal some $800 million worth of these cheap, unmanned aerial drones. And while the Army has recently nominated three candidate systems for the Pentagon's Replicator program scaling still remains an issue, which is odd considering the name of the program and its overall stated goal. This Report is about none of this and including the 2-year timeframe which places the deployment of this technology at right about the same time as the upcoming hot war with China, as noted by Four Star General of Air Mobility Command in the United States Air Force, Mike Minihan. Instead, this Report is about raising questions. Questions about the foregone conclusion that there will be a major conflict in the Far East, regardless of who is President and which Party controls Congress. Who or what is really steering the ship? And this Report is about Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks, a Biden appointee, and her alarming
comments about everything from Russian election interference, to "diversity" in the military, to claims that the protests on January 6th have expanded the definition of extremism to include anyone who call themselves a Patriot, and the calls to cast a wider surveillance net because of it. Lastly, this Report is about the infiltration of woke-ism into the developing world of artificial intelligence. The next two years will be full of Deep Fakes the likes of which you've never seen before, intensified calls for average citizens to be locked up without due process, and the weaponization of AI. Not just militarily but conciliatory as well.
