Harrowing! An Anoka County Sheriff’s Office found himself on thin ice... literally! Footage from December 3rd shows Deputy Chris Fjeld crawling out onto thin ice to rescue two fishermen and a dog who had fallen through a frozen lake and were showing signs of hypothermia. Fjeld successfully extricated all involved.
