One person in custody after 4 teens shot at Noel Night in Detroit

A 16-year-old male is in custody in connection to the shooting of four teens Noel Night in Midtown Detroit on Saturday. It happened outside the Detroit Institute of Arts at about 7:45 p.m. in the area of Farnsworth Street and John R Street in Detroit. Police said the victims are a 17-year-old girl, a 14-year-old boy, a 16-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man. All four victims are in stable condition. Wayne State University announced a campus-wide lockdown after the shooting.
