As discussed in the previous video how an accounting equation is solved, in this video we will take another example and solve it in the same way. An unsolved problem will be given below which you all will try to solve and I will give the answer in the next video.

Please solve the accounting equation for the below transactions:
1. Started business with cash Rs. 70000.
2. Purchased building for Rs. 50000.
3. Depreciation of Rs. 5000 is charged.
4. Prepaid expenses of Rs. 5000.
5. Outstanding expenses of Rs. 1000.
