Xenophobia is a product of certain policies of elites – Putin

While speaking about all the current xenophobic movements, including Islamophobia and Russophobia, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his opinion that such trends emerge after some radicalization takes place, which in turn is caused by the unjust policies of some elites.
