LONG WAIT DUNKIN DONUTS MONTANA/GEROMINO EL PASO TX USA ON FOOD DELIVERY PICK UP

It was obvious to me that the female employee at the Dunkin Donuts at Montana and Germino in El paso Texas USA was deliberately delaying preparing the order i was there to pick up. she would keep moving around the store. she would give other customers orders while she should of being fixing the order i was there to pick up. this was the second order i was there to for that morning (Wednesday 13 of Dec 2023 in the morning around 7 30 am.
1. i highly suspect bigotry and racism. many people in el paso do not like other than Mexican, who they refer to as gringo or gabacho.
2. I am not trying to fix any system. I know people do not care. I have said if it is obvious to me an employee of a store is being deliberately troublesome, I will post the video and let the chips fall where they may.
3. when i asked for a manager, it was not because I believed the manager would be a professional and deal with it accordingly. I just wanted the order so I could keep on conducting business and making money.
