Julie Kelly tells Steve Bannon that the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to take up the felony charge that the Department of Justice weaponized, which applies to more than 320 January 6 defendants and is half of Jack Smith's four count indictment against President Trump. "There is no argument that the DOJ misinterpreted that statute intentionally and finally are going to get caught for doing so," Kelly said.
