Vatican Stays Silent on Hong Kong

The Vatican has made a deal with the Devil—the officially atheist Chinese Communist Party—to appoint Catholic bishops in China. And now the Pope remains silent on the situation in Hong Kong following the national security law. He's even refused to meet with Hong Kong Cardinal Zen, an outspoken critic of the Chinese Communist Part and the deal. The Pope also refused to meet with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, another critic of China. What's behind the deal?
