ULEZ is affecting many thousands of Londoners including people visiting from outside of London with (In the eyes of TFL) Non Compliant Vehicles. Some of us are making a "Peaceful" stand against this ridiculous charge by simply blocking the cameras line of sight, which we are perfectly legal to do so. However there are some that go a little further as you will see in this video.
