Why Would the World's Doctors Ignore Mass Medical Harm?

A medical colleague described recently, that a paediatrician in New Zealand doesn't want to keep turning up for work because of the amount of heart injury being seen in children now. Yet that person is not speaking out and nor are most of their colleagues. An example of the harms is seen at VAERS ID 2701123, at the US National Vaccine Information Centre (https://www.medalerts.org/vaersdb/findfield.php), which shows:
