How To Understand Empathy in RELATIONSHIPS!

I struggled a lot in my life due to people with childhood traumas projecting their lives onto me. When I finally found all the research I started to read the facts about humans which lead me into the field of psychology and general health. I validate everything through scientific research and then make calculated decisions for me personally based on that information. What people blogg about or what the news puts out I see as subjective propaganda.
