How To Understand Personality TYPES!

In this video I merge Empathy and personality traits in order to showcase the complexity of the facets of empathy and personality traits containing emotion of affect. I wanted to give you a more detailed toolset to mould your mental model so that you have something to guide you in life. I have gone through the different affects in humans aka emotions which are negative and positive. I also did a video about Empathy to better understand empathy.
